All hiring, employment, compensation, and workforce-related decisions are made solely by the relevant companies or individuals, and Velric does not guarantee any hiring outcomes or employment results.

All content, materials, software, source code, object code, algorithms, models, workflows, data structures, databases, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through the Website (collectively, the “Velric Content”) are owned by or licensed to Velric and are protected by the laws of the United States, including the U.S. Copyright Act, and other applicable federal and state intellectual property laws, as well as international treaties and conventions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Velric grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and view the Velric Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Subject to applicable privacy laws and Velric's Privacy Policy, you grant Velric a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store, process, reproduce, and analyze User Submissions solely for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, evaluating potential customers or partnerships, operating and improving the Website, and developing or enhancing Velric's products and services.

You acknowledge that User Submissions are provided on a non-confidential basis unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, and Velric shall have no obligation to compensate you for any User Submissions.

VELRIC DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL VELRIC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBSITE IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE WEBSITE.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Velric with respect to your access to and use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating thereto.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
